Within one working day for general mail, two for partnerships. Travelmetry is a small bootstrapped team, so replies come from a person, not a queue bot.
I found a place that should be on Travelmetry. What do I send?+
Pick "I found a hidden gem" in the form and tell us where it is, how you get there, and what makes it worth the detour. Ground detail beats a name and a photo every time.
Something on a destination page is out of date.+
Use the ground report form - it reaches other travellers much faster than email, because it feeds straight into the road and permit data we show on destination pages.
Do you accept paid placements or sponsored destinations?+
No. Rankings come from measured signals only. If you want to work with us, partnerships are real, but they never move a destination up a list.
