By using Travelmetry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not use the service. Where you buy something from us, these terms apply alongside our Refund Policy.

Travelmetry scores and ranks destinations from data. The service:

• Interprets natural-language descriptions of the trip you want
• Scores destinations against that using published formulas and licensed data
• Publishes crowd calendars, comparisons, demand readings and ground conditions
• Lets you build a trip board and book pieces of it through us or a partner

Our output is information, not professional travel advice, and not a guarantee that a place will suit you on the day you go. See the Disclaimer for the limits of our data.

Before you travel on anything you read here, you are responsible for:

• Independently verifying destination information
• Checking current safety, weather and road access
• Reading official government travel advisories
• Obtaining permits, visas and travel insurance
• Being physically prepared for altitude or remote terrain
• Respecting local communities, cultures and environments

You also agree to keep your account credentials secure and your payment details current.

• Processor: payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
• Currency: prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• No auto-renewal: Plus does not automatically renew. There is no e-mandate and no recurring debit. When your term ends, access simply stops until you choose to renew.
• Early renewal: you can renew or upgrade at any time. Days you have already paid for are added on top, never lost.
• One-time unlocks: the Hidden Gems Pack and Founding Membership are permanent purchases, not subscriptions. They do not lapse.
• Cancellation: you can stop at any time from your subscription page. Nothing further is charged.

Digital purchases carry a 14-day full refund. Activity bookings follow a cancellation ladder based on how close to the date you cancel.

The Refund Policy is the authoritative version of these terms and sets out every window, condition and processing time. It is deliberately not restated here: an earlier version of this page quoted a different refund window from the policy itself, and one document has to win.

The scoring engine, semantic matching, editorial content, designs and data compilations on Travelmetry are ours and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may not:

• Copy, modify or redistribute our scoring systems or datasets
• Reverse engineer the matching engine
• Use our content commercially without written permission
• Scrape or systematically harvest the service

Content you post - reviews, ground reports, stories, photos - stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on Travelmetry.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or unauthorised
• Attempt to access systems or accounts that are not yours
• Submit malicious code, spam or misleading content
• Harass, abuse or endanger other people through the platform
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent an affiliation
• Post ground reports or reviews you know to be false

• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or conduct of third-party services
• A transaction on a partner platform is between you and that partner
• We do not endorse or guarantee third-party products
• Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies

Affiliate disclosure: we earn commission on some bookings made through partner links, at no extra cost to you. Commission never affects scoring or ranking.

Destination data - costs, access, altitude, crowd levels - changes and can go stale between refreshes. We update continuously but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Verify anything critical with a local source before you rely on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Travel decisions made on the strength of our recommendations
• Inaccuracies in destination data or scoring
• Conditions that changed after our data was collected
• Personal injury, property damage or financial loss while travelling
• Service interruptions, bugs or technical faults

You travel on your own judgement and at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new review date at the top. Continuing to use Travelmetry after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Where we do so and you hold an unexpired paid term, we will refund the unused remainder unless the breach involved fraud or abuse of other users. You can close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
